DAY 1 | ARRIVAL IN BUCHAREST

Meet and assist at Otopeni Henri Coanda International Airport followed by a quick panoramic tour of the city on our way to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Bucharest.

Day 2 | BUCHAREST- SINAIA- PREDEAL

Breakfast. Today we are going to visit the Palace of the Parliament, the second biggest administrative building in the world, an architectural wonder that stands as the symbol of the communist time in Romania. Next, we are going to visit the Church of the Patriarchate then transfer to the mountain side, the first stop being the city of Azuga. Wine tasting in Azuga and transfer to Sinaia for a visit of the Peles Castle, a beautiful Neo-Renaissance building in the heart of the mountains, used as the residence of the royal family of Romania. Transfer to Predeal. Dinner and overnight

Day 3 | PREDEAL- BRAN- BRASOV- PREDEAL

Breakfast. Transfer to Bran to visit the Bran Castle, better known as Dracula’s Castle, after the famous novel of Bram Stoker. The Castle is built on top of a rock and can be admired as soon as you get close to the town. We continue our visit with a city tour of Brasov and visit of the Black Church. Festive dinner in Brasov with a folkloric program at Cabana Vanatorilor Restaurant. Transfer to Predeal for overnight.

Day 4 | PREDEAL - MIERCUREA CIUC - LACU ROSU

Breakfast. Transfer to Miercurea Ciuc to visit the church of Sumuleu Ciuc. After that we are going to head to Lacu Rosu, the “Red Lake”, driving on one of the most spectacular roads in the country, through the Bicaz Gorge. The road is full of serpentines with tall rocks on one side and a steep drop to the other. Dinner and overnight in Lacu Rosu.

Day 5 | LACU ROSU- PIATRA NEAMT- CHISINAU

Breakfast and transfer to Chisinau via Piatra Neamt, an important city known for the lumber trade on the Bistrita River, as well as for its position as Capital of Moldavia province in medieval times. Dinner and overnight in Chisinau, the capital city of the Moldavian Republic.

Day 6 | CHISINAU- BRAILA- TULCEA

Breakfast. Wine Tasting and visit of Cricova Cellers, world famous for it’s complex labyrinths and excellent selection of wine. Transfer to Tulcea via Braila. Dinner and overnight in Tulcea.

Day 7 | TULCEA- BUCHAREST

After breakfast we head to the Danube Delta, home of many species of birds, over 1200 tree/plant species and unique pelican colonies. We will get on a cruise where you can enjoy the scenery of an untouched fauna and flora, if you are lucky you may even see some of the flamingos that sometimes like to stop by. Lunch included at Mila 23. Transfer to Bucharest for dinner and overnight.

Day 8 | BUCHAREST- DEPARTURE

Breakfast. Transfer to Bucharest airport according to your flight schedule.
